Details of the attending registration
Join as Presenter If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ICMPC 2025 as a Presenter. Join as Listener ICMPC 2025 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline. |
Details of the registration fees
1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. Regular Registration fee for ICMPC 2025 is 540 USD / 3600 CNY per paper.
Early Bird Discount: 480 USD/paper (6 pages) 3200 CNY/paper (6 pages) (Before May 13, 2025)
3. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 60 USD / 400 CNY.
4. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
5. The registration fee does not include: (1) Accommodation; (2) Visa application fee; (3) Transportation fare.
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
Remarks
1. The registration fee for each article includes a free attendance quota. The author does not need to pay additional fees to participate in the meeting, and other authors or accompanying personnel can be registered as listeners.
2. Each article registration fee includes a paper version of the conference proceedings;
3. Multiple submissions can be discounted, consult the conference secretariat.
4. For those papers that have been hired and completed registration, 30% of the processing fee will be deducted if they need to apply for withdrawal.
